To ensure a smooth and worry-free preparation for your trip, we will proceed with the following steps.
Start Crafting Your Trip: Reviewing Your Vision
Based on your form submission, we have created an “image of your trip.” This is not yet a concrete plan, but rather an image. We will re-create it once based on your feedback.
Confirming Your Refined Vision
The next stage is Formal Itinerary Creation, involving detailed planning and research for your trip’s success. If unsure, we can continue email communication. To begin, a $100 deposit is requested. This deposit is fully refundable unless:
- Cooperative communication becomes difficult (e.g., communication ceases, repeated major changes in requests).
- The service is used for competitor research.
- You do not book or express cancellation intent within 30 days of the initial proposal.
- Actions suggest no genuine intent to proceed from the beginning.
Formal Itinerary Creation & Unlimited Refinements
After receiving your deposit, we will accept unlimited revisions for a period of 30 days. We will thoroughly adjust the plan until you are completely satisfied.
Final Itinerary Confirmation & Application
Once your final, satisfactory itinerary is ready, the travel contract concludes upon confirming your initial 20% payment of the total trip price within 7 days.
Payment Completion & Booking Management
Upon successful initial payment, we promptly begin all necessary booking procedures. Prompt payment is recommended, as reservations cannot be secured until this step is complete.
Final Confirmed Itinerary Submission
Once all bookings are completed, we will provide you with the final confirmed itinerary. This will be delivered at least 7 days prior to your departure.
